SMORGASBORD DINNER MENU

Approx. $32.95 pp +GST depending on venue, numbers and date.
We offer you an extensive menu to enable you to make your own selections

CARVED AT THE TABLE (Choice of one)
  • HAM: Whole champagne leg, glazed and decorated and served with whole grain mustard and pineapple.(served cold)
  • BEEF: Succulent Hot Roast Beef marinated in garlic and oil - sliced at the table and served with rich gravy.
  • PORK: Hot Roasted Prime Leg of Pork with rich golden crackling - served with apple sauce, and gravy.
  • TURKEY: Traditional Turkey served with cranberry sauce – (served cold)

 

PLATTERS OF MEAT (Choice of 2)

  • Roast Seasoned Pork
  • Rolled Ham served with whole grain mustard sauce
  • Smoked Chicken served with a spicy apricot sauce
